This one's for you if “l’ll catch up later" has aged poorly.

  • We assess the scope first.

    Tell me how far back we're going, what software you have or don't have, and roughly what we're working with. I'll give you a clear price range before you commit to a single dollar.

    You get me access. I get to work.

    Bank statements, credit card statements, whatever you've got. I work through your records and bring your books current.

    I ask questions. You answer them.

    There will be transactions I can't categorize without context. I'll batch these up and send them to you in one go so you're not getting pinged every five minutes. You answer, I keep moving.

    You get clean books and a CPA-ready package.

    When I'm done, your books are current, accurate, and reconciled. If the situation calls for it, you also get an organized tax package you can hand directly to your tax pro without a single apology.

  • What it costs depends on how deep the mess goes.

    The first conversation costs you nothing. We talk about what you've got, how far back we're going, and what it's realistically going to take. Then I send you a proposal and you decide.

    12 months of catch-up typically range from $2,400-$5,000.

    50% due at project start. Balance due on completion. If the scope changes materially mid-project, we talk about it before I keep going. You're never on the hook for something we didn't agree to.
